Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bianchi Brickyard Supply, we strive to provide high-quality materials and excellent service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Bulk materials delivered by dump truck
- Sand and all bagged materials, including but not limited to mortar, Sure Wall, polymeric sand, and similar products
- Special order items
2. Return Window
- All eligible returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- All returned materials must be in original, unused, and resalable condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
- Bianchi Brickyard Supply reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
4. Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees:
- Masonry materials: 10% restocking fee
- Hardscape materials: 25% restocking fee
5. Additional Restocking Charges
- Bianchi Brickyard Supply reserves the right to apply a higher restocking fee if necessary, based on the condition of the returned material, handling requirements, or supplier policies.
6. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise determined by management.
7. Right to Refuse Returns
- Bianchi Brickyard Supply reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
