Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bianchi Brickyard Supply, we are committed to delivering your materials safely and efficiently. Please review the following delivery terms and conditions before placing your order.

1. Delivery Area
We deliver within a 65-mile radius of our store locations. Orders outside of this delivery area will not be fulfilled.

2. Delivery Rates
Delivery rates for both flatbed and dump truck deliveries are based on the mileage from the store location fulfilling your order. Final delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

3. Dump Truck Deliveries (Bulk Materials)
Dump truck deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Customers must be available to answer calls or text messages from our delivery driver to confirm the delivery location, date, and time. Failure to respond may result in delays or rescheduling.

4. Flatbed Deliveries (Palletized Materials)
Flatbed deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Delivery routes are built 24–48 hours in advance. Customers will be provided with an estimated 4-hour delivery window. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Delivery Placement & Safety
The delivery driver has full discretion regarding the order of deliveries and placement of materials. This is to prevent damage to property and ensure safe operation of equipment. Drivers may refuse specific placement requests if they determine there is a safety risk to themselves, the customer, the property, or equipment.

6. Site Access & Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and safe for delivery trucks. This includes adequate space, proper ground conditions, and sufficient clearance for equipment. Bianchi Brickyard Supply is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, irrigation systems, or other property during delivery.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, unsafe conditions, or restricted access, additional delivery fees may apply. Rescheduling will be subject to availability.

8. Order Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to delivery. Any changes to materials or delivery instructions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Delays
Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Bianchi Brickyard Supply is not liable for delays beyond our control.

10. Acceptance of Delivery
By placing an order for delivery, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
